  • On Friday, May 10th, I brought my 2010 Chevrolet Aveo, to Joe Johnson's to have new tires and alignment done to it. The service is great, however there is a concern that I have. It took well over two hours for the service to be done. In my opinion that was a bit too long. Maybe I watch to much NASCAR in which tire changes are done in seconds compared to hours. I've brought this vehicle to your Service Department since I bought it new in the fall of 2010. The staff is always cordial and the service is what I expect except for the length of time it takes to do a project.
